This guide will walk you through how to view, manage, refund, and export your membership transactions inside Kourses.

Viewing Transactions

When you're on the Sales screen, you'll see a table listing all your membership transactions.

  • Each transaction is individually itemized.

  • You get a clear overview of every payment made.

Filtering Transactions

On the left-hand side of the Sales screen, you'll find filter options.

You can search and filter your transactions by:

  • Membership type

  • Time period

  • Payment status

This makes it super easy to find exactly what you’re looking for.

Accessing Transaction Details

To view more about a specific transaction:

  • Click into the transaction record.

You'll then see detailed information like:

  • Payment type

  • Payment amount

  • Pricing plan

  • And more!

Issuing Refunds

When you're inside a transaction:

  • Scroll down to find the Refund Payment option.

  • You can refund the full amount or issue a partial refund by adjusting the refund value.

You can also:

  • List a refund reason for your internal records.

  • If the transaction is part of a subscription, you have the option to cancel the subscription right from this screen.

  • Again, you can add an internal cancellation reason for your reference.

Exporting Your Sales History

To download all your transaction data:

  • Click "Export Sales History" on the main Sales screen.

  • This will generate a spreadsheet file containing your full transaction history.
