In this article we'll show you how to connect your MailChimp account to Kourses. This will allow you to add new member information from Kourses to your lists inside MailChimp account for followup marketing.


In this guide, we'll walk you through connecting your Kourses memberships with your MailChimp account.
This allows you to automatically add members who purchase or are manually added into your MailChimp lists for follow-up marketing.

Step 1: Choose a Membership to Integrate

  • Log in to your Kourses dashboard.

  • Select the membership you want to integrate (e.g., Premium Membership).

Step 2: Access the Integration Settings

  • Inside your selected membership, click on Integrations.

  • Under Integrations > Email Marketing and Others, select Add Service.

Step 3: Connect to MailChimp

  • From the list of available services, scroll down and find MailChimp.

  • Click Connect.

  • You'll be prompted to log in to your MailChimp account (if not already logged in).

  • Authorize the connection by clicking Allow.

  • You’ll then be redirected back to your Kourses dashboard.

Step 4: Set Up Campaign and Tag

  • After redirection, choose the MailChimp campaign where you want new members to be added.

  • In the Tag field:

    • Type the name of the tag you want to apply (e.g., Premium).

    • Press Enter to add the tag.

  • Click Save to complete the setup.

What Happens Next

  • Anytime a new member joins your selected membership (through purchase or manual addition):

    • They’ll be automatically added to the chosen MailChimp campaign.

    • The specified tag will be applied to their contact profile in MailChimp.
