The Subscriptions Screen allows you to view, filter, and manage all subscription data for your memberships. This includes active subscriptions, trialing members, and past-due accounts.

Accessing the Subscriptions Screen

  1. Click on "Sales" on the main menu.
  2. In the sub-menu on the "Sales" screen, click on "Subscriptions", and you’ll see a table displaying subscription data for your members.

Viewing Subscription Data

The subscriptions table provides key details for each member:

  • Member Name – The customer who holds the subscription.
  • Payment Amount & Frequency – The recurring fee and how often it is billed.
  • Plan – The subscription plan assigned to the member.
  • Next Renewal Date – When the subscription will renew next.
  • Status – Current state of the subscription (e.g. Trialing, Active, Past-Due).

Filtering Test Transactions

Click View Test Data to switch from live transactions to test transactions. This is useful for checking test payments and subscriptions before going live.

Managing Individual Subscriptions

For each subscription, click the three-dot menu to:

View Member Profile – Open a detailed view of the member’s account.

Cancel Subscription – End the member’s subscription directly.

Searching and Filtering

Use the left-hand panel to quickly find specific subscriptions:

Search Bar – Locate a member or subscription by name.

Filter by Membership – Narrow results to a specific membership plan.

Filter by Status:

Active – Displays all active subscriptions.

Past-Due – Shows members with overdue payments.

Cancelled – Displays all cancelled subscriptions.

Refunded – Shows refunded subscriptions.

Trialing – Displays all trial subscriptions.
