The Subscriptions Screen allows you to view, filter, and manage all subscription data for your memberships. This includes active subscriptions, trialing members, and past-due accounts.
Click on "Sales" on the main menu.
In the sub-menu on the "Sales" screen, click on "Subscriptions", and you’ll see a table displaying subscription data for your members.
The subscriptions table provides key details for each member:
Member Name – The customer who holds the subscription.
Payment Amount & Frequency – The recurring fee and how often it is billed.
Plan – The subscription plan assigned to the member.
Next Renewal Date – When the subscription will renew next.
Status – Current state of the subscription (e.g. Trialing, Active, Past-Due).
Click View Test Data to switch from live transactions to test transactions. This is useful for checking test payments and subscriptions before going live.
For each subscription, click the three-dot menu to:
View Member Profile – Open a detailed view of the member’s account.
Cancel Subscription – End the member’s subscription directly.
Use the left-hand panel to quickly find specific subscriptions:
Search Bar – Locate a member or subscription by name.
Filter by Membership – Narrow results to a specific membership plan.
Filter by Status:
Active – Displays all active subscriptions.
Past-Due – Shows members with overdue payments.
Cancelled – Displays all cancelled subscriptions.
Refunded – Shows refunded subscriptions.
Trialing – Displays all trial subscriptions.
